Quantity takeoffs are the crux of any estimate and accuracy of these takeoffs is a pre-requisite. At QuantArch Solutions we take pride in providing accurate quantity takeoff services to GCs and trade contractors for Civil, Architectural, Structural, and Interior Finishes trades. We use Onscreen Takeoff, and Bluebeam software to perform precise takeoffs on drawings. Our takeoffs go through multiple QC checks to make sure we capture all the scope and the takeoff is accurate.

All addenda documents are reviewed and our takeoffs are updated accordingly.

In addition to our detailed takeoffs, we can also provide detailed assemblies broken down per your requirements.
