Drawings/Specifications Review

Our documents review starts with making sure we have the latest set of drawings, specifications, geotechnical reports, addenda, and othersupporting bid documents.

Identify/Notify Missing Documents

We make sure we have all the documents per the table of contents for the specifications, and the list of drawings for the drawing sheets. Missing sections, and/or drawings are identified and notified to our client.

Preliminary RFI's

RFI's are documented and submitted to you after our detail review of the documents. We create RFI ogs easy tracking of all the RFIs on the project.
